The City of Nelson Public Works Department is responsible for providing many services that contribute to the overall quality of life in the City of Nelson.

Services provided by the Public Works Department:
- Street Maintenance
- Street Sign Maintenance & Repair
- Parks Maintenance
- Right of Way Maintenance & Repair

To report a missing street sign or other infrastructure problems, please call City Hall at (770)735-2211 to request a work order. We will work diligently to address your concern.

Mr. Ricky Faucett is the head of the Public Works Department.
Mr. Ben Dupree is the part-time, seasonal maintenance employee.
